Esmaltec reinforces refrigerator line with efficient product
Esmaltec, the white goods company belonging to the Grupo Edson Queiroz (GEQ), launched its newest range of products during the 17th Eletrolar Show, which began on Monday (15) and ends this Thursday (18) at the Transamerica Expo in São Paulo. Among them are the ROC35 PRO refrigerators with inverter technology, which guarantees a product with the lowest energy consumption in its category. With 16.5kWh/month, the ROC 35 PRO 220V is now the lowest consumption refrigerator on the Brazilian market, earning an A+++ rating from INMETRO and the PROCEL seal, awarded only to the most efficient products in the country, in the category of one-door refrigerators with a freezer compartment (-6ºC).
Esmaltec’s expectation with the launch is to reinforce its range of refrigerators, offering an affordable product with low energy consumption to Brazilian families. Achieving this high level of efficiency was possible due to the technological update implemented in the appliance, which has a frequency inverter, known as an inverter, to automatically regulate the speed of the compressor, which is the heart of the refrigeration system, according to the temperature variation inside the product. The ROC35 PRO is the only manual defrost refrigerator on the market with an inverter compressor, resulting in high performance and savings. Consumption is 25% lower than the same model with a fixed-speed compressor.
For the consumer, this means advantages such as a reduction in the electricity bill, a shorter cooling time for food, less variation in the internal temperature, keeping food fresher for longer, and constant operation even in situations where there is a lot of voltage fluctuation in the supply ntework providers “Our main consumer is the low-income population, who until now had no access to an inverter refrigerator, because this type of compressor was only present in more expensive products. We are changing this story and democratizing access to this technology, delivering a very efficient and economical refrigerator. The reduction is immediate on the ‘electricity bill’, and the money invested in the purchase of the product returns in savings over the long term,” says Esmaltec’s managing director, Marcelo Pinto.
