GROWTH IN THE SECTOR DEPENDS ON FULFILLMENT
2022 brings good expectation for the post-sales sector, that projects growth of over 10% in comparison to 2021. However, there is a concern with the lact of fulfillment for electronics, specially TV displays in certain models, with defects.
This fact causes consumer frustration as they acquired a product when they had better conditions than today. Now, broken, they can’t fix it, so this investment is lost.
If manufactures and distributors can overcome this huddle, the segment will certainly grow this year, and the consumer will be benefited when they need any repair done. We hope – in respect for our client – that the market for spare parts will be restored by manufacturers and assist the sector with its goals.
