AFTER-SALES OF ELECTRONICS PREDICTS A DROP IN BILLING

Executive Director of the Brazilian Association of After-Sales in Electro-Electronics
Studies carried out by Abrasa with its after-sales technical assistance service providers and consumers, who sought to carry out repairs and repairs to its products in the last three months of 2021, detected a drop due to several factors.
The approval of the budgets was affected not only by the lack of supplies, spare parts, and components to perform the services, but also by the adjustments that occurred in the prices of these items due to the global economic situation and its multiple characteristics
This set drastically affected our service expectations. We expected to close fiscal year 2021 with 43,476 million service orders, but the reduction was around 1.13% in the year and 0.48% compared to the same period in 2020.
As a result, invoicing results and profitability were harmed, also considering the customized adjustments made by service providers during this period to meet the requirements of health agencies and provide better customer service.
