E-COMMERCE 5.0: HOW ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE CAN OPTMIZE ELCTRONICS SALES

E-commerce in Brazil continues to expand steadily. According to ABComm data, it generated BRL 185.7 billion in 2023, with the electronics segment standing out, representing 30.2% of sales, of which 10.53% were in consumer electronics and 19.67% in appliances. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become a key piece in the scenario, improving the shopping experience and boosting revenue.

The use of this technology is also an opportunity to improve the SEO performance of product pages. AI facilitates descriptions, generating rich content that highlights the technical specifications and advantages of each item for sale, making it easier to understand and attracting the right consumer.

Instead of relying on studio productions, it is possible to generate representations in different contexts, such as, having the refrigerator in the kitchen with variations in colors and decoration styles. With this, the buyer has an immersive experience and visualizes better how the product integrates into their space, which increases confidence in the purchase and makes the process more personalized.

AI allows for hyper-personalized communication in sales campaigns, adapting offers to the specific profile of each customer. Based on the purchase history and individual preferences, the system can suggest complementary products, such as refrigerators, wine cellars, or cooktops for those who recently purchased a microwave, for example. It can also adjust campaigns based on data such as age, marital status, and the presence of children, creating shopping experiences that truly resonate with the buyer. This level of personalization increases engagement, makes offers more relevant, and increases the chances of conversion.
