ELECTRO-ELECTRONICS POST-SALES NETWORK SURVIVES ADVERSITIES

Despite the facts that we have already pointed out earlier in this column, such as the current unavailability of replacement stock of parts, components and accessories, as well as the high costs of carrying out repairs and repairs, the after sales network in electrical and electronic products survives, for the most part, in these difficult times.
Studies carried out by Abrasa show that, even with high interest rates and high prices for the purchase of new products, plus the lack of adequate readjustments by manufac-turers, the sector has behaved in an exemplary manner.
Faced with the challenges, it established new partnerships and readjusted its consumer service operations. As a result, it achieved equivalence in the number of service orders in the first half of 2022 compared to the same period last year. On a national level, it registered 22.976 million service orders.
However, it is important to highlight that if the problems persist, it will be difficult for the sector to reach the goal of handling 10.5 million service orders in the second semester, despite its efforts and the intense exercise of creativity.
