Dossier – Electric Cookers

Economical and fast, the electric cookers are an evolution in the kitchen universe and can be brought to the table, due to their design. They can prepare a range of foods, from complete meals to snacks, and some have divisions that make it possible to cook two things at the same time, including one in the steam. The most traditional is the rice cooker, whose value sales rose 9.2% from January to March of this year compared to the same period in 2018, according to GfK figures. But currently there is a variety of models for all types of food and also electric pressure cookers, as this Dossier shows.

The electric cooker has a ceramic coating that eliminates the need to use oil, and a technology that equally distributes heat throughout the body of the product. It can be brought to the table due to the removable thermostat and side handles that do not heat and provide greater safety. It has a capacity of up to 4.6 liters and five temperature levels.
